OEM (Ready-Made Formulas) pricing is calculated per unit based on the formula, chosen packaging, and total volume. There are no development fees. ODM (Custom R&D) includes a separate, upfront development fee to cover custom formulation, stability testing, and new ingredient sourcing.

We generally require a 50% deposit to begin raw material sourcing and production scheduling. The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of manufacturing, before the final Quality Control (QC) check and before the shipment leaves our facility.

Yes, you can supply your own primary packaging (bottles, jars, etc.). We require you to ship the components to our facility, and we must first perform a compatibility test with your chosen formula to ensure there is no degradation or leakage over time.

No, we do not handle international shipping directly. We produce and package your product to be export-ready (securely packed and labeled). The client is responsible for arranging their preferred international freight forwarder/logistics partner for pickup from our facility in Phuket, Thailand (Ex-Works/EXW terms).
